| Everwarm is an approved installer
of BIP Beetafil Cavity Wall Insulation material. Beetafil is a foamed
insulation which is injected into existing or newly-built cavity
walls. As with all foamed materials, the thermal conductivity of Beetafil insulant is very low. This means the best possible savings on heating bills. Competitive pricing will often mean that the cost is recovered by savings on heating in three to five years. Beetafil foamed insulant is self-supporting and does not settle
or sag in the cavity to leave uninsulated areas. It is hydrophobic
which means it resists absorption of water. Unlike some furniture
foams its fore resistance is also good as it will not support
combustion nor give off dense smoke. The foamed insulant does
not adversely affect insulated electrical cables or metal wall
ties within the cavity, nor is it affected by frost. It is rot
and decay proof, requires no maintenance and is guaranteed for
25 years by BIP Limited. |

- the National Insulation Association. This is the main industry
body for cavity wall insulation specialists and works towards ensuring
that all its members provide installations of the highest quality
and in accordance with approved guidelines. Everwarm would strongly recommend that you only deal with NIA members for your cavity wall insulation installation. top of page |

| All our work is covered by
3 separate guarantees: Everwarm will guarantee all work with the reassurance that a company over 25 years old can provide. In addition you will have a 25 year industry funded guarantee provided by CIGA (the Cavity Insulation Guarantee Agency). BIP, the manufacturers of Beetafil will also guarantee
their material for a period of 25 years. The Cavity Insulation Guarantee Agency (CIGA) is an industry funded agency who provide an independant guarantee on cavity insulations. Under the scheme, Everwarm are required to provide you with a
CIGA guarantee on completion of the contract. Having carried out
the appropriate pre-installation survey of the property to ascertain
its suitability the installer will complete the work in accordance
with approved technical requirements and apply to the Agency -
usually once payment arrangements have been made - so that the
guarantee certificate can be prepared and sent to you. |

Savings on fuel bills of up to 30% can be achieved, although speaking from experience, we would suggest that the following are more realistic: Semi Detached House or Bungalow Between 15-20% ) Approx. usually appears in the form of Black Spot Mould. This occurs where
air movement is reduced i.e. behind fitments, beds, wardrobes,
etc., down or even up the corners of rooms and along the skirting
line. Although no company will guarantee against condensation
problems reoccurring, we here at Everwarm know from our years
of experience it will almost certainly alleviate these problems. |
